Many many issues with mail delivery not just by me but with my neighbors along with packages. Front desk people are always very nice but the manager lady is very rude and condescending. It has been this way for several years and nothing has been done to fix her attitude or anything. She acts like it's not their problem that it gets delivered to the wrong place and acts like she does not care at all and just brushes you and gaslights you into it being your fault.

Tried calling about 2 months of mail not being delivered but can’t get anyone to answer the phone other than a robot. Mail person hasn’t delivered any mail in 2 months I’m getting late notices about my electric bill before I’m ever even getting the bill. Anytime I get a package they leave it by the road instead of putting it near the mailbox or near the house. Small packages that can fit in the mailbox are put on the ground and left.

Great post office for mailing & shipping. And this location provides fast service, even when there's a line. USPS in general is the most useful, competent, & efficient government agency, & has great rates & delivery compared to FedEx (I've had 3 deliveries lost or severely delayed with FedEx over past few years).

So I have been ordering Amazon packages for years with no problems in the Metro Atlanta area. I just recently moved to the panhandle they contract out to USPS. Pathetic service. I don't see how these women keep a job. Samantha Burgess was actually mocking me on the phone when I was trying to ask her what happened to my $200 package. I am going to be filing a formal complaint against her. Sad, silly and the incompetent people

One of the absolute worst places to receive or send mail. It seems not only that packages from multiple retailers get delayed, but mail cannot or will not be delivered as it should. Frequently mail is rerouted to a different town altogether after it has arrived in Bonifay. I’ve had this happen to me multiple times since moving here and when you speak to a “representative” about this, all they will say is “we are delivering to you everything that comes in. Yeah right! My family still hasn’t received their SNAP benefits from June due to non-delivery of mail. They know they are the only shipment retailer in town and they feel like they can do whatever suits them. Bottom line, if you don’t like having mail or packages received in a timely manner, don’t move to Bonifay, FL.
