We planned our travel to stop here. We had 3 scoops of ice cream--blueberry., black raspberry and vanilla. The texture was silky and thick. The flavors were spot on, but I think our favorite of the 3 was the black raspberry. We'll be back to sample more!

While I didn't get a chance to eat here, the staff were incredibly helpful when I missed my train. The Durham Amtrak terminal is connected to the resturant, which is situated inside the old Durham train station.

Classic. Quality ice cream options and very generous sizes. Highly recommend.

Nice place to wait for a train. Nice place to have lunch. Nice place to have ice cream in the evening. Great ice cream. Good food. Good staff. Why not? The only odd thing, they are closed at weekends. So just when I have time to actually go, guaranteed, they are always closed. I work a long way from home, so evenings are difficult for me. But I guess they know their demographics. I am surprised they are closed when other ice cream places are busy though. I often see people checking the place out at the weekend.
