Pauly's Pockets

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! Worst gyro I ever had!!!!!! Everything is frozen or from a jar. The tzatziki sauce was store bought and just sour cream with chunks of cucumber and NO FLAVOR. You can buy better gyro meat at market basket in freezer section than that poor excuse for what they call “meat” here at Pauly’s. Also the service was terrible. I waited over 30 mi it’s for 2 gyros when there was only one order in front of mine. They were very slow and disrespectful. I will NEVER go back and hope others do not waste their time going here either. If I could give negative stars I would.

This place is amazing. I never write reviews but I have to say, their chicken is THE BEST grilled chicken I’ve ever had. The buffalo chicken is 10/10 and the servers are always incredibly nice.

Best falafel around. Super friendly and accommodating- all made fresh to your specifications as you watch. Pauly is a true asset to the community.

This was by far the worst gyro I've ever had. Nothing is fresh. The sauce is rancid and the "meat" was frozen. Flavorless. Terrible.

I’ve been to Pauly’s numerous times and it never disappoints! I didn’t know until tonight that there was different spice levels! The mild spice made an excellent to an already amazing meal! I would go as far to suggest that Pauly’s Pockets has the best fries in Durham, not too greasy and crisped to perfection. The staff, including owner Pauly, is always friendly. 10/10 would recommend Pauly’s Pockets!!
