We went awhile back on a cold night for some warm soup belly! Uncommon indeed, they have some options that I don't see often or at all. Their special the day we went was interesting so that's what I got. The special that night (forgot what it's called) but it was with glass noodles and brisket of sorts. What pleasantly surprised me was some of the ingredient choices as they felt familiar with my mother's cooking. The glass noodles were a little difficult to separate into one bite without making a mess. My fiancee got a vege ramen of sorts which she liked. The service was a little slow but to be fair, they were quite busy when we went. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for us. I'll have to come back and try their Tonkotsu ramen as that is a staple for any ramen joint.
Best ramen in town!! Brianna was super friendly and helpful for our first visit. We had the chicken bao buns, soy garlic chicken gyoza, and the miso ramen pictured here. The broth was SO flavorful, and the pork belly my husband got was tender and delicious. We came here on a recommendation and highly recommend it ourselves! We’ll definitely be back.
We were really excited to try this ramen spot in downtown Phoenixville since our household mostly eats Asian food and it would’ve been really nice to have another go-to spot in a convenient location. Pros: Service was amazing! Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. The marinated egg was a yummy topping and nice surprise. Cons: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The chashu had the texture of an abscess and I wasn’t able to finish the bowl because it was so nauseating. The broth was also thin and flavorless — we actually thought we were mistakenly given miso broth at first. I know this review sounds a little Karen-y, especially given the majority glowing reviews for this restaurant, but I did end up throwing up on the walk home because of the abscess-y
SO good, I love love their vegetable Ramen, best I’ve had. I’m not even vegetarian and fully prefer this homemade broth over anything else.
Amazing place! Ramen is one of the best I have had and always get the Bao Buns. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I find myself driving 20 miles just for you guys every so often.
