I just finished the final week of my six-week advanced culinary boot camp at A Culture Factory with Chef Olga and I have to say, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We ate and prepared SO much delicious and fresh food from thoughtfully curated menus and recipes and had a ton of hands-on learning experiences. I learned so much about why we do certain techniques, choosing ingredients, troubleshooting recipes, preparing menus, and beyond. On top of learning so much, I ate some of the most incredible food along the way that our small group prepared, from beet cured salmon to braised short rib to homemade ravioli to chocolate soufflé to risotto and beyond. I fell in love with so many new foods and executed many dishes I’d never believed I was capable of preparing! Plus

Chef Olga is absolutely incredible. I’ve taken several of her classes, including Culinary Boot Camp and Advanced Culinary Boot Camp, and every single time I walk away with new skills and inspiration. I now catch myself thinking, “What would Olga do?”—improvise, use what you have, and always focus on quality ingredients. She has been a huge inspiration in my weight-loss journey and in learning how to cook healthier without sacrificing flavor. Her classes are fun, engaging, and full of practical techniques that stick with you long after the session ends. I’m always excited for the next one. If you want to learn how to cook or expand your culinary knowledge, I can’t recommend Chef Olga’s classes highly enough. Take one—or take them all. You won’t be disappointed.

Our team from McCormick Chiropractic had the absolute best time at Olga’s charcuterie board class! From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth, creativity, and love she pours into her business. Olga created such a welcoming environment that allowed our staff to truly slow down, connect, and enjoy being present together. The class was hands-on, interactive, and surprisingly educational — we all walked away with new skills, beautiful boards, and very full stomachs! What stood out most was how intentional the experience felt. It wasn’t just about arranging food — it was about creativity, community, and enjoying the moment. As a small business ourselves, we deeply appreciate the heart and passion Olga brings to her craft. If you’re looking for a unique team-building experience, g

I took the “Cozy Night in Provence” cooking class on 9/12 with Olga. Our class was full and all various levels of cooking experience. Olga teaches the how and why behind ingredients and preparation. She instills in you that you can do it no matter what and is very in tune to each participants needs and learning level. After we all prepared our items, we sat down to enjoy a buffet style dinner together and enjoy all of the amazing dishes we created. As a seasoned cook, I took many things away from this class that I will be implementing at home on a regular basis. Thank you Olga for a fantastic class! Perfect for anyone to attend and great to do with a friend/family member/partner!

Had a wonderful evening at a class offered by A Culture Factory. A perfect "date night" or a night out with friends. The instructor -- Olga -- is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The class was well organized, and everyone there seemed to enjoy themselves. While showing us how to make the meal, she gave us so many great tips that I will be using at home. It was great to hear more about the science and chemistry in food products and cooking. Chef Olga is smart, and a great teacher. The food we made was delicious and I am so glad I took this class. I am looking forward to signing up for another one! Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking for a "night out" or anyone interested in improving their cooking skills.
