Uncle Sam's

Kudos to Lexi D. today as our waitress. She was excellent and refilled our drinks, gave us just the right amount of time to look at the menu, and was extremely friendly. My dad had the cheesy fries, fried mushrooms, and fried zucchini, mom had the mushrooms and zucchini, and I had zucchini and onion rings... Very, very good. A bit expensive, but we had plenty to take home for dinner too. We sat right under the speaker, and the music was a bit loud at first, but either they turned it down, or we got used to it, but it seemed quieter while we ate. The food received rave reviews from my parents who were thrilled that the mushrooms were left whole instead of sliced and then cooked. Sad to see how this place has fallen, been coming here since I was a kid and it used to be so lively and upbeat. See so many new waitresses come in and out I couldn’t help but wonder what was going on. Not surprised to hear that management at this place is horrible. It is hard to find good leadership in these days, leaders usually end up leading their own company’s. Hope they can fix that problem or I won’t be coming back. (No one likes to come eat at a place where the server hates their life)

Came here on a Wed evening around 8 and it wasn't that busy, but I like that. The server gal was absolutely darling and so nice. The food was above good, was excellent... We ordered the steak sandwich and steak and cheese. All were Extra filled and well worth the price in gold.... The food from start to finish was absolutely delicious.... Need to try the wings and pizza next time to see how good they are... But for this trip here.... Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back over and over again!

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience here. The first booth we were seated at lacked service (no waiter/waitress). The couple at the table next to us suggested we move, as they were not happy with the service (lack of service) they received. And they had been waiting for some time to pay their tab. So, we decided to go back to the front entrance area and get re-seated. Great idea. The waitress who seated us the 2nd time was very attentive and personable. She had our drinks out to us quickly and took our food order in a timely manner. However, another unfortunate... We ordered a Supreme pizza, but we received the meat lovers. Not good, at all. At least our Buffalo style wings were on point. I don't recommend this restaurant, but perhaps they were having an off day. I won't be

11/08/24 : 1st time here and very happy that I chose this place. Came with my next-door neighbors. Several large seating areas and lots of tvs. We arrived at 3:45pm to avoid any Friday-night crowds. Our server gal was excellent ! I would ask that they turn down the music a little so we could better talk. My neighbors each had an individual pizza which they said was excellent. I had the equivalent of a Philly Cheesesteak. While the server said that the half size was 9", I think it's short of that. But it was very tasty so I was happy. Oh, and their menu is HUGE !!!
