Uncle Maddio's Pizza

Crust is paper thin. I asked for square cut and got traingle. Pizza was also missing the teriyaki sauce so it was incredibly dry. Red onions are basically non-existent and nothing about any of the toppings was fresh. So come here for overpriced poorly made pizza.

We tried this place out and it did NOT disappoint! I had the BBQ chicken pizza, and my boyfriend had the Thai pizza! They were both absolutely delicious. I was able to get mine on a gluten free crust, and it was one of the better ones I have ever had. The staff working were so polite. There was a younger teen boy working the register and right away told us that he was new so it might take him a minute. I appreciated his honesty, and he did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was nice and it was an overall clean location!

When I first tried this place, it really got me in the tastes. Now to put into context, it's not pizza parlor style. It's actually very classy, upper scale pizza hut from the old days, and nicer atmosphere than those nose in their establishments. For nutrition, dang they have alot of options. Literally check the ingredients to choose from, it has nearly everything for anyone's dietary fad, need or fancy to try. It's not a greasie pizza but a very calming kind for it's genre, glad it's a chill sit down instead loud raunchy place. Minot has a good thing going for it. Uncle Maddio's Pizza is great for a nice outting and treat. It's calming and food is actually tasty compared to ND Asia next door, choose Uncle Maddio's, seriously it's worth it.

Been coming since they opened years ago, nice build your own pizza joint with good vibes, and a great array of toppings for whatever you crave

Wow. Really good pizza. I had the Supreme on wheat crust. Excellent. My only remark is I would have liked a little more sauce and a little less olive. Atmosphere is nice, friendly staff. Definitely a place to visit again.
