Prairie Sky Breads

While my coffee was delicious, my “whole salad” was served in a small bowl. I was also disappointed in the overall grilled cheese portion for the price. Overall, the food was average but overpriced for the portion. The caramel brûlée coffee was great (you have to ask for the whipped cream - it doesn’t come standard as website picture suggests)!

Great coffee shop and bakery. We picked up some coffees and a few gifts while there. Such a cool place in down town.

Had lunch here and we were not disappointed. It was delicious! Both of us had the chicken tortilla soup and I had a harvest salad, husband had house salad. I also tried a cardamon knot and I highly recommend it. It’s just the right amount of sweetness. Go here, you will enjoy it.

Absolutely love this place. Visited three times in the two days I spent in Minot and plan on going back on the last leg of our trip. Very cool specialty coffee shop with lots of personality and unique bakery items. The staff is funny and friendly, and everything in the shop (decor, tchotchkes, etc) is a conversation starter. There are so many coffee and pastry options and everything was so flavorful. One of my favorite coffee joints.

First time in Minot, had some time before my air flight, decided to explore. Walked into the Prairie Sky Breads and am so happy I did! They were highlighting a local band playing folk and country songs, featuring electric harmonica, ukulele, and guitars, and do very good! A great vibe to start the return leg of my journey. I wanted to be a little adventurous, The barista recommended new to me chai tea with an espresso shot, which was fantastic.
