Uncle Lou's Fried Chicken

Come on Unk you can do better! The food used to be so good but now its mediocre at best. The fried chicken breast was the best of what we had. The burgers had no seasoning on them what so ever and the buns were old and fell apart. The chicken wings were small and fried to hell and back. I remember Uncle Lou caring about what was served at his restaurant, it's sad.

The chicken was good but, the service was awful. I heard the pastor mention this chicken during Sunday service all throughout his sermon. I am primarily plant-based now but because I was on vacation I wanted to treat myself to a great new experience at Lou's Fried Chicken. It was bad. The servers barely gave eye contact, no greeting or welcome. The small lobby had kiosks and most people know that when you want to customize your order kiosks aren't your friend. I was charged additional money to pay with my card, was told that I would have to pay extra to order the chicken and get the sauce on the side so this ruined my experience because I didn't get to try the sauce because they had no cash register even thought they charged additdollars for sauce and card use for payment I wanted to

Sweet Spicy Love is the best thing ever placed on chicken. That being said the chicken is juicy as well. The biscuits are also the best. My wife absolutely this place. The staff is friendly too. It’s our go-to place for fried chicken.

We were in Memphis visiting Graceland and wanted to try out Uncle Lou's Fried chicken. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, but if you can overlook this stuff and you want to flavorful chicken, then you should try Uncle Lou's! it was very good, not the best i have had better (Gus) still good. Not a fancy place, but what fried chicken place is? Service was good and friendly. 100% recommend!

Great experience! Definitely Worth trying out. I'm thinking about driving to Memphis. I want to try the pork chop dipped in the spicy sauce My mother was disappointed she thought the bacon sandwich was lacking Bacon 😔
