So polite, patient, and friendly. First time I’ve gone and definitely going back. I got the Mango Dragon Fruit and I’m in love with it. A new healthy addiction has started.
I rarely ever visit nutrition spots because I’m hesitant to try the different drinks. However, as a huge fitness buff, I am glad I visited Total Nutrition. The drinks are off the chain and also the protein bars are yummy and filled with a great amount of protein. The drink I ordered on my first visit is the Bahama Mama loaded tea. I love the tropical vibe it gives and also the colors are gorgeous. The loaded tea is filled with lots of caffeine and nutrients which helps keep you focused and energized for your day.. and get this only 25 calories per drink. You can’t get better than that with such a tasty drink. The drink does have 200mg of caffeine so I would recommend just one per day. Mario was also amazing! The best! I've been to an embarrassing amount of nutrition tea places and this one takes the cake for cleanliness and quality. They have printed menus so you can see what's in things. Kind conversation while I waited. Perfectly crafted and mixed, so good.
