Umai Ramen & Rice Bowl feels like a tiny spot straight out of a K-drama 🍜✨ Cozy, intimate, and perfect for a casual comfort-food stop. This was my second visit, and I’m already sure my kids and I will keep coming back 💕 Must-tries: Umai Thai Khao Soi Ramen – absolutely outstanding. The contrast of crispy noodles on top with soft noodles hiding underneath is perfection. Everything sits in one of the best broths I’ve ever had — rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting. The condiments hit just the right balance of flavors, and if you can handle spice, ask for extra chili oil 🌶️. The chicken is incredibly soft and tender, every bite genuinely made me go wow. Tiny tiny spot with some delicious food. Overall food was very good. For apps we ordered the steamed dumplings, cheesy tonkatsu and enjoyed some Thai milk teas. For mains we ordered the tonkatsu ramen and the five spice beef ramen. Majority of the dishes were good. Some would have been better if they were simplified like the cheesy tonkatsu. Believe it or not throwing cheese on everything doesn’t make it better. The flavors were great and didn’t need all that extra cheese. Just my opinion. The five spice beef ramen was good too but the flavors made it something other than ramen. More like a Thai style soup which is fine but just be adventurous when choosing these ramen dishes with a twist. Overall great spot but remember it’s tiny. I mean tiny. Solid 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We required a reservation for dinner at 7:45, the restaurant was packed and it had a good vibe overall. We ordered Tonkatsu ramen, Chicken katsu curry rice, Chicken karaage curry rice and Fried chicken miso ramen. The chicken katsu curry reminded us of the katsu curry from Japan! So incredibly similar! It was a comforting experience on a cold evening! We also had the gyozas and edamame. Gyozas were alright, hoped they'd be better too. Shoutout to the service as well, very sweet people! We highly recommend this place and don't miss the katsu curry and Tonkatsu ramen!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing. The ramen was next-level good, rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and that soft-boiled egg was spot on. You can tell everything is made with care. Service was super friendly and fast, and the whole place had a great relaxed vibe. This is definitely going into my regular rotation when I’m out grabbing a bite after a long snow day. Highly recommend if you’re anywhere near here. We’ll be back soon

Second time here and I have to say it's probably one of my favorite local spots. While they don't have as many vegetarian options as I tend to prefer (as someone who doesn't do spicy food), their Veggies Japanese Curry is just OMG. Absolutely delicious, and some of the best pickled radish I've had. I also got a Hojicha milk tea and it was, similarly, one of the best Hojichas I've had. Plus the staff is attentive and so kind. Highly recommend.
