Very bad if i could give this app 0 stars i would I order food and my delivery driver picked up my food and never dropped it off i contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all there is no protection for the customers who pay for the food expecting it to be delivered to them

I was texted that my UBER would be at Floods …..never happened so I dispute this charge

We tried ordering a uber but the app wouldn’t load and now me and my friend are stuck L uber ong

No body answered at that direction

I ordered an Uber to stop at a coffee shop and then take me to CVS. The Uber driver parked up the road and I had to walk up a hill. I am disabled. My leg it’s partially paralyzed. He informed me this is where the map told him to stop. Which is literally seven houses up for me we went to pick up my coffee and the driver missed the coffee shop. I explained that he missed it and he told me that I have issues and he drove in and then drove back out without getting my coffee.. I did contact support and ask them for a refund. And they explained they will not refund me but they will contact the driver to tell him it was not OK. Definitely get a zero for all they did.
