We recently stayed at this newly opened bed and breakfast in Stroudsburg, PA, right off of Route 80, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that so much thought and care had gone into creating a space that feels both elegant and genuinely welcoming. Everything feels fresh and beautifully done. The rooms are spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It has that rare combination of feeling brand new while still having the cozy charm you hope for in a great B&B. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay. The morning meals were prepared by the classically trained chef and host, Kara, and it showed in every detail.
