The chef did his thing with this sandwich! The bacon was perfectly crispy, it was the perfect amount of sauce, not too spicy with the pickled jalapeño cream cheese, the hash brown filled you up! It’s a day later and I can’t stop thinking about this place! Check their instagram for different unique specials which makes it exciting to go back! Plus vegan options, and a few other every day sandos! Jessica at the front is so kind and sweet! I can’t wait to go back! They had a fire pit going and coffee perfect for a rainy day! Soo good!

First time here and definitely coming back. The Bex tastes so good, especially next to the fire with a Mexican Coke. The lady was very friendly and very helpful.

Great food truck in a great pod. The bun is the most perfect breakfast sandwich bun you could ask for. There is usually a wait, but for good reason. Even with the wait your sandwich comes out hot and perfect! Love the pod, love the food, and love the people that work it!

Absolutely devine. I’m obsessed with the St John’s (and adding bacon to that if I’m feeling wild). Free hot coffee while you wait (I believe there’s milk if you ask for it). Jessica is the kindest, and this is genuinely the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The sourdough is perfectly crispy on the edge, and the tomato and dijonaise combo has the BEST flavor. Eat it there immediately while the bread is hot. You’re welcome!
