Fulton House Bed & Breakfast in Portland

We had a wonderful stay at the Fulton House Bed and Breakfast.||We loved that the location was convenient to many areas in Portland and that the neighborhood was both beautiful and quiet.||Our room, The Wine Cellar Suite, was awesome. We relaxed and enjoyed watching the large screen television from the comfortable sectional couch.||We have always been fortunate to find great restaurants in the Greater Portland area. |This visit was no exception. However, we found that our favorite meals were the delicious breakfasts at Fulton House.||We highly recommend Fulton House and are looking forward to our next stay. |Thank you, Georgia and Kevin for your exceptional hospitality!!

I just returned from The Fulton House Bed And Breakfast. I loved every minute of my sweet stay. Georgia welcomed me upon check in and I immediately felt at home. Kevin was so incredibly warm and caring. My room was comfortable and provided me with everything I needed for the perfect stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Portland.

Fulton House, a former bordello moved from the riverfront to a residential neighborhood, is about 100 years old. Although it's been modernized somewhat, you shouldn't expect structural perfection: It's an old, historic house.||As a historic house, there's no elevator. You really need to be able to walk up and down stairs.||All that being said, Fulton deserves its five-star rating. Owner Georgia and manager Kevin make terrific breakfasts, and are wonderful hosts. (When you arrive, remind them of any dietary needs you have.) Georgia suggested a couple of places to go to that we never would have learned about without her recommendation.||We stayed in the huge top-floor suite that also has access to the roof deck. We had a wonderful stay at Fulton House. The accommodations were very comfortable, the lovely side yard - complete with a water feature - was a great amenity, the four breakfasts we had were all delicious, and both Kevin and Georgia were as warm and friendly as they could be. A plus: it’s close to a riverfront park for refreshing outdoor experiences. We highly recommend Fulton House!

What a charming house! Amazing hosts as well. The Blue Heron room was so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed morning coffees on the private balcony overlooking a peaceful and sanguine neighborhood. Breakfasts and coffee in the morning were top notch. Both Kevin and Georgia were so wonderful to us. Only wish was for bigger robes, but that is minor. We hope to be back again many times!
