Two Fields Bakeshop

We had an entirely gluten-free wedding at David’s Country Inn, and without question, we knew we needed Nick from Two Fields Bakeshop to do our desserts. Nick prepared a mini cake for our cake-cutting ceremony that was absolutely stunning and exactly what we asked for. I gave Nick creative freedom to prepare a variety of desserts for a dessert bar, and he did not disappoint with the display, taste, or presentation. All of my guests—even those who aren’t gluten-free—loved the treats. We barely had any leftovers; they were a huge hit at our wedding. I can’t thank Nick enough for preparing and delivering our wedding cake and desserts. He was easy to work with and knows exactly how to please a crowd!

Thank goodness for Two Fields Bakeshop! A nice selection of gluten free baked goods and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I hope this business stays for a long time.

The food is more focused on health than flavor. As such you shouldn't expect things to be as "tasty" as you might expect from a bakery. That being said, it still tastes good and safer than your typical baked items thanks to options like gluten free items. However when you walk in it feels like you're walking into their kitchen which isn't necessarily a big deal. What upsets me the most is that they freeze everything and despite me asking them to ensure my pie would be thawed when I pick it up which they said they would do, it was still frozen. And even after leaving it out for the 2 hours they recommend to thaw, it was still a little frozen which ruined my Christmas Eve dessert for my family. It obviously tasted so much better the next day. Now I know I can't trust them.

Takeout only BUT that said it is because of the strict cleanliness and baking done on premises. Gluten-free items, both fresh and frozen, await you with some delicious seasonal specials. All real ingredients are well labeled for dietary needs. Say hello to Nick when you go. Update 9-2025. Still great!

The cakes coming out of this bake shop are so fresh and I can hardly believe they are gluten-free! Was able to chat with the boss, Nick, as he was busy putting the finishing touches on about a dozen and a half cakes right by the front entrance. Super clean store, hospitality Incorporated… We had the tiramisu and the raspberry mousse… well, let me tell you, I was dreaming about them for the past two nights!
