Great Ice Cream spot for kids and family! Cozy, clean, great service, great hand made ice cream with tons of options, all the classics and soft serve too! I'm really picky about where I bring my daughters, but this place rocks! 10 out of 10 for sure! 😎👍🥰

Very tasty ice cream and you definitely get your moneys worth, a small size is pictured and they were generous scoops. I really enjoyed the new outdoor area with expanded seating. This is definitely a top ice cream spot on the Cape. All around-highly recommend!

I did a double take when I was driving through town when I saw the building. Why, that looks like an ice cream shop, I thought. As I busted a U-turn I realized I was right. And what an ice cream shop it is. Tein Acres offers everything under the sun. We chose coffee ice cream with hot fudge. Mmmmm! You cannot go wrong with Twin Acres—they run a fabulous establishment. Highly recommended!

Can’t go to the Cape without indulging in ice cream. Stopped by Twin Acres for two small-sized treats: coffee toffee frozen yogurt and a coconut ice cream. The small size consists of two generous scoops. Both flavors were yum! Placed was packed when we got there, but the line moved quickly. Ample patio seating and benches. Plenty of parking. The grounds were well-kept.
