What should have been a joyful event turned into a living nightmare. The officers in this town lack empathy and understanding of the law. I purchaced a car and have been having a time getting the title transfered, I've gone to court paid fees and am waiting for service Oklahoma to resolve the issue in the mean while my husband and I have both been pulled over and after presenting them with our paper work from norman to okc even a highway patrol men with no issues has let us go and wished us luck on getting the issue resolved.
