Sonic Drive-In

Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Ordered food on 11/2/2025 at 1pm. Ordered to go. Got home, missing 2 Double cheese burgers. He other burger we got was also SUPPOSED to be a double, it was a single. None of them had lettuce or anything included which was supposed to. We were missing fries and a chicken strips. Bout $70 worth of food and am not impressed. Im sure we won't hear from a manager at all either. Waste of money.

My family stopped at the Tuttle Sonic Saturday Afternoon. After paying 32.00 for our order, getting it home for dinner we had never been more disappointed.The drive up stalls didn't work. We sat in the drive thru for quite some time, not even greeted at the window just told the total. Look at the photos. The popcorn chicken wasnt even chicken anymore. It was hard and old. The breakfast burritos, we ordered 4 because they are on the all day menu, ugh. There is a photo of that also. They ONLY things correct in our order were the broccoli tots and the water. 2 other drinks were also not as ordered. This seems to be the pattern at this location. I'm not sure why it's not like other Sonic's. We drove there last week and employee cars were parked blocking the entrance and exit. During business h

Had to wait a total of 40 minutes. Had items missing. And ones that were not correct. After 3 times and we were still missing things I gave up. Worst sonic ive ever been to will not go back.

They only have one girl there who seems to be the only one who gets the job done. For two drinks, 30 minute wait. Don’t think about going through the drive through either, that takes even longer.

Krislyn was so kind and greeted me with such warmth during a busy pre-thanksgiving day.. very heartwarming 🫶🏼 Food came out warm and tasty!
