McDonald’s

I’ve never had any problems with the food or customer service. I always order through the app and go through the drive through and service has always been good. I love their on line specials and free food. My husband is very ill and being a retired cop McDonalds was a favorite so I am glad to have them only a mile from our house. I say give them a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised. I’ve never dined in so I can’t comment on that aspect.

I took a bite of my burger and there was something hard in it. When I pulled it out of my mouth it looked like they cooked the paper that separates the burgers and served it that way. I know it’s new but this is really bad…

Lets be honest, if you go to McDonalds and expect 5 star service you’re delusional. Some reviews complain about showing up and it not being open for their 3am chicken nuggets, but it isn’t 24/7. It doesn’t say it is on the current signs, Google, or the app, so either they changed it or looking it up besides to leave a bad review is difficult. The food was average McDonalds quality, the service could be a bit better but my food was hot and good when I got it. The overall speed of my visits here have been good, not great compared to the one on 104th and May for example, but decent. I’ve picked up a large mobile order 30 mins before they close, and a burger once mid day. Again, a little slower than an established McDonalds but nothing to complain about. I eat McDonalds maybe 5 times a year

Went thru the drive thru, was waiting for fries they said, when I got the fries they were ice cold. So it I was waiting on fries they should have been hot and fresh, except they were soggy and cold. Also wondering why no phone number is on there site.

should have built a burger king instead. Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru, not a single peep from anyone. The lady next to me had been sitting there longer than me. Get NEW MANAGMENT wont return for a long while!!!
