had such a great experience today! The lady(Chadia) who helped me was incredibly nice, patient, and very helpful. She took her time to guide me through the menu and helped me build my own ice cream exactly the way I wanted it. Her positive attitude and customer service made my visit so much better. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the amazing service!

The frozen yogurt was delicious, fresh, and perfectly made. You can really tell they care about quality and the overall customer experience. If you have a nut allergy, avoid this place entirely. The toppings are clearly cross-contaminated. We found a nut in the sprinkles. Thankfully, we noticed it before it became a medical emergency. To make matters worse, the staff initially refused to give me $10 in change, claiming it was my problem that their register didn’t have enough cash. That is completely unacceptable. When I got home and realized there was a nut in the sprinkles, I immediately tried to call, but no one answered. The lack of responsibility and complete disregard for basic customer service is shocking. This place has seriously gone downhill.
