Owner only had one person working on a busy Sunday. Took over 30 minutes to get a drink despite the poor girl working as hard as she could. Owner, do better and don’t subject your employees or customers to this.

I had a terrible experience at this place. First, I tried to buy a boba tea in person, but they couldn’t accept my card because “their computer wasn’t working.” Then I ordered online through Seamless since they offer that option. Fifteen minutes later, I told the cashier I had placed an order, and she said they hadn’t received anything. When I told her I placed it right there, she said they no longer use that site and still refused to make my drink, even after I showed her the receipt — tip included. To make things worse, they also refused to give me a refund because “15 minutes had passed,” and supposedly they had “already made my drink,” even though I showed her a message clearly saying they couldn’t process the refund. She didn’t care at all and kept insisting she wouldn’t do anything.

This is my favorite place on earth. I love the frozen yogurt and occasionally get the boba. I have no complaints. It cures all of my problems 😍

They took so long, they took the order and didn’t do it until half an hour later. The place is pretty but the service is bad. But I can only blame one person, the person who took the order because they just left the cup at the front so the girl making the boba never noticed we ordered. Don’t be fooled I know it’s partly my fault for not telling the girl but we thought they all knew and were already making the order. But anyways take the risk if they do it on time for you congrats I’m really happy for you just saying

The employee on duty was rude and very slow. Tables were dirty and sticky. My Boba was disgusting and undrinkable. Wanted a refund but was refused. Literally had to wait half hour for 5 drinks. Never again will I shop here.
