I’m so glad I purchased from TurnKey Parlor! Neil was the gentleman I was in contact with and he was awesome. I talked to him about a machine I wanted from their website, 794 Taylor. When he went to check on it, he apologized and said that should’ve been removed from the website but still honored the price listed and was able to obtain another 794. He walked me through the entire purchase process and told me the machine should be ready to go once they did one final systems check on it. The next day, he had some bad news and said the machine was not up to their standards and couldn’t ship it in good conscience. He offered me a refund OR he had a newer model C713 ready to go. Neil knew I was in a bit of a time crunch and, even though the C713 cost more, he STILL honored the price listed on t

As soon as I posted on their website that I wanted to sell a used machine, I received a response within just a few hours. They arranged pickup right away. If I had known the process would be this fast, I would have contacted them much sooner. The owner, Neil, kept his promise and paid the full amount online immediately when he came to pick up the machine. The entire transaction was very quick, smooth, and transparent. I would definitely like to work with them again in the future when selling used equipment, and I highly recommend them to other small business owners.

Wow. Had a great experience, from the point we were selling our Commercial yogurt machines They are nice people to work with. They were very patient and accommodating working through the process and they are knowledgeable of the machine we were trying to sell from start getting all the information on timely manner, and set up arrangement for pick up, etc. I really recommend someone who had business owner has a shop and they deciding or planning to sell their machines.
