Turlock Public Library

The librarians all seemed not polite or kind, and not really looking to do there job, sitting aroudn talking to each other instead of focusing on customers and there questions. Didn’t like the atmosphere at all only want to come once a month cause my children enjoy the play area. Books are organized though found that to be easy to find.

I had passport services done at the library and was helped by Devin. Devin is the kindest and the most patient professional I’ve ever met . He greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had . Devin definitely made getting my passport very easy! Thanks Devin !

Employee Alyssa was very rude when I went in to print pages for my job. Asked for a receipt for my employer as I was using company card and she stated ‘the proof is that it printed.’ Will not be returning here. Employees need to learn to speak to people.

Great library experience everything well placed and easy to find. Personal are helpful in guiding you to the books you need. Nice place to come and relax while reading a book...

It's pretty okay. It's small with a small book selection but they also order books from other libraries for you. The bathrooms are slightly dirty for the most part. They open at 10 close at 8pm some days and others at 5pm. They have three charging tables and one in the entrance . They need more outlets. And tables. It's very small . The parking is pretty safe its combined to a senior center parking . They have drop off stations for cars as well the library can get pretty loud at times. They have small events for children . A couple rows if computers. They're a little slow. But they do the job. They have printers and scanned they even give you .20 cents courtesy . It's .10 for black and white basic printing . Staff is pretty nice.
