The donuts and the drinks are delicious and healthy

This place has so many good (shakes and smoothies) flavors to choose from! I don't have to feel guilty or gross after ordering anything from here. I really liked the granola/fuit oatmeal. Also, The Protein waffles. They are made to order AND you can call ahead so that they're ready when you walk in.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The meal replacement shakes were very good.

Amazing quick stop for the best nutrition shakes in town! Especially for on the go people to/from work or gym. Also very comfortable to sit, enjoy your hot or cold tea and finish some school work. Whether its a salty or sweet craving, they will have it to satisfy your craving.

First this girl are so awesome always with a great costumer service Their shakes and teas and energy teas are so delicious I really recommended their healthy delicious shake.
