Tulip Bagels

What a fantastic little bagel shop. Cream Cheese and poppy seeds bagel was very nice. Defintatly one of the best I have had in the world. No Salt beef and mustard option like London. But very nice.

First off, very good prices! Buy 6 bagels, get 1 free is a solid deal as it comes out to just under $10 for 7. I got there around 9:35 am and the line moved pretty quickly. Efficient, nice staff and smooth checkout process. Now onto the goods. While most places tend to serve medium (or small) sized bagels, Tulip comes through with the LARGE! These things are thiccc with 3 c's. They're a little inconsistent with freshness as a couple of older bagels got mixed with fresher ones in my order but you'll likely get more good than "bad" ones. How do they taste though? Awesome! Soft interior with a well defined crispy exterior. I warmed mine in the oven and I did find the crispy edges to be a bit tougher to bite through. Hands down the best bagel shop around. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, you can tell they really care about their customers. Even when the line is long they keep things moving quickly and efficiently. Prices are super fair, and the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine thanks to the owner Anthony and his staff. Easily my go-to spot for breakfast.

Food is really good if you want morning breakfast. (Only complaint I would say is Do not get the coffee, idk were or who u got making your coffee but it taste like yesterday coffee basically like shit it was horrible )… But food is really spot on good I enjoy it. (Except the coffee)

I live locally in Floral Park and have been going here for years because it’s convenient, but honestly, the bagels are hit or miss—very inconsistent. Most of the time, they’re burnt and too hard on the outside. I've only had a couple of decent bagels in all these years. It’s frustrating, especially when you get one that's literally blackened. You’d think they’d catch that before serving it. Not sure how much longer I’ll keep coming back
