Tucker-Reid H. Cofer Library, DeKalb County Public Library

The moment I entered this Library I felt so good, nice and clean ambience, a good collection of all kinds of books, amazing sitting arrangements with a scenic grass view. Nice chairs and lots of computers. One special thing about to this Library is it has an specialized teen section where students could prepare for PSAT and SAT. They have decent resources available for them.

Clean and well organized. The staff were very nice and professional. However, they should try to implement more “strictly” the no talking in the library rule. I went there to study and a guy behind me was on the phone and two ladies in front of me were having a conversation in the “quiet study” area. Nonetheless, very nice place to study comfortably.

Great staff and intra-library exchanges happen very quickly (never more than 72 hours).

Nice library and staff. Went there to work on my project. There’s WiFi, desk, meeting rooms, sofa, and electrical outlet next to the desks. I like it that there’re designed areas for kids and teens.

Library has adequate amenities and facilities, but some of the staff leaves something to be desired. In my experience, some members were helpful while others were definitely not by being rude by acting like either it wasn’t their job or boastful about simple computer skills and techniques
