Staff was very nice and friendly. Gave me complimentary lemonade while I waited for my Togo order. Lemonade was great. Ordered chicken with Mac n beans. Bean were ok. Mac was good if you like very cheesy. Liked the smoked flavor of the chicken and it was most. Favorite thing was the cheesy bread/muffin. Would come back to try other items and get more muffins

I visited this restaurant for their soft opening. The service and food were absolutely incredible! April, Dana, and Marnaka were incredibly helpful and friendly. I ordered the rib platter, and the ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful. The collard greens and mac and cheese were also delicious, especially the mac and cheese, which was incredibly cheesy! I’ll definitely be back! Oh, please get the lemon cake! It was 10/10!!!!

A1 review Its new in the area right! So you have to go! I'm a fan of Jim N Nicks whether its take out, catering or dine in. Greeted at the door 6pm 2.15.26 sweet young lady. Order taken by Katie! She's top tier customer service/friendly. She held a smile the entire time. A manager came over explained the ordering process which I know cause JN and I go together lol but I appreciate her! I didn't get her name but works at the one in Stockbridge I think. Absolutely top tier! KB I'm not sure of her title but should be somewhere in leadership if not, sweet soul!!! Britina I don't know if I spelled it right but great spirit! All the waitress/waiters were attentive. I hope they keep it up. Now I normally do 10/10 but with JN I don't think its necessary. So this was my first time visiting this location. I'm familiar with the establishment because several times they catered food to my job for the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for years consecutively like 2 to 3 times. My brother video yesterday and told me about this location. I visited on 2-18-2026 for the first time. I'm familiar with the Mac and cheese and brisket and the chicken with the cheese bread. This time I just wanted to try something different that I never had. I got the original burger with a cup of brisket chilli and sweet tea. When my food arrived I opened the top of my burger and I poured some of the brisket chilli on my burger and I squeezed some of the red sauce that is available on the table delicious combination a flavor explosion. The food was Great and the service was Excellent. We’ve been to a lot of Jim and Nicks and this was the biggest location. Thank you
