T's BBQ Connection

Very nice surprise in Alaska! Good service, great food, decent pricing. We went on a friday night and it was snowing like crazy. Still a lot of people were ordering food to-go. We ordered two big plates, both with brisket and pork ribs. We had chips (Hawaiian brand), mac and cheese, and rice. It took some minutes to get everything (it is not the classic format where your plate is being made as you order). Brisket was super good, pork ribs excellent. Very surprised by the good quality. Home-made bbq sauce was also very good. Definitely swing by if you are in the area.

We stopped here while visiting in Fairbanks. Great family friendly atmosphere. Food is created with love. Ribs are fall off the bone and so flavorful. Mac and cheese is a cheesy heaven I want to die in. The brisket nacho cheese ramen is a spicy delight to end a cold chilly night in Fairbanks. Totally recommend this place! Best bbq place I’ve had in years!

Solid experience and food! Wasn't the best I've had but pretty good! I had the brisket and Texas twinkies. I was a bit let down they dont know the difference between Texas twinkies and jalapeño poppers. They actually sell jalapeño poppers because they dont contain brisket in them.

The food was amazing! The brisket was juicy and tender, the pulled pork was rich with flavor, the mac & cheese was perfect and there was more than enough toppings for every chip on the nachos! Pricing and portion size are just right, 10/10 will be back for sure!

Food was great. I got the chicken which was moist and great smoky flavor. I also got the brisket Mac and cheese which was also amazing.
