Carmen was our waitress this evening, and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Very friendly & personable. She gave us wonderful menu recommendations, and consistently made sure we were doing well. I’ve been to TFK numerous times & this was the best service I’ve had! 1000000/10! Thank you, Carmen for making a regular Wednesday feel like a special occasion. 🥹💕

Bottom line up front: a nice lunch with a few hiccups, but would return again. Visited on a Sunday after hearing great things about True Food. Love the concept and idea of food that is seed oil free. Ordered the chicken tenders and simple salad and enjoyed both. The sourdough cheese pizza was a big hit with our kids. The only disappointment was the steak frites. Ordered the steak cooked medium and when it was served it clearly well done, the server immediately agreed from across the table and said they would send it back. The interesting thing is the next steak that was brought out after about a 10 minute wait looked like a different cut than the first steak. We stopped for lunch at True Food Kitchen at Lenox Square after a few hours of shopping, and it was a very satisfying choice. The atmosphere is bright and relaxed, ideal for a midday break after walking around the mall. The menu offers a wide variety of fresh, health-focused dishes that feel light yet filling. One highlight was the Ancient Grains Bowl ordered by my friend. The dish stood out for its excellent combination of textures and flavors, and the pistachios added a surprising and memorable crunch — a real burst of flavor that elevated the entire bowl. Had lunch yesterday it's been a while since I've been here. I was very disappointed they changed the Mediterranean hummus. I don't care for the new one and I miss the veggies on top☹️. It's really what I come for. The Server offered a side of the veggies which made it better but it's not the same. I got a kale salad which was great, along with the air fried chicken tenders which are not good at all. They are dry and lack seasoning. I sent them back and got Grilled Salmon which was pretty good. The atmosphere and service is always good. My server was very accommodating without making me feel like I was a pain in the butt.

Honestly, even one star feels generous. Since it was Valentine’s Day on the 14th and I expected it to be busy, I placed an online order in advance. I ordered two items. I arrived 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time, yet the order was still not ready. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes at the store. To make matters worse, when I finally got home and opened the order, the food inside was completely different from what I had ordered. Everything above is factual. I’ll leave the rest to future customers’ judgment. Very disappointing experience.
