True Blue Butcher and Baker

Our family of four enjoyed our butcher box so much last week we got a second! Every meat was bespoke, and the pecan smoked pork-chops exceeded expectations. We love Jamie’s help and suggestions, and that they include beef tallow and finishing salt to make it all perfect!

My wife and I finally stopped in one day to see what they had to offer, we grabbed some baked goods that were delicious! I also wanted to get a cake for my wife’s birthday that was coming up, one of the bakers spent several minutes with me coming up with a unique design. I was very very happy with the end result, not only how it looked but it was one of the best carrot cakes we’ve ever had!

I've bought cookies, pastries and bread (best French toast I've ever had!) from the Hampstead location. 10/10 on everything! Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere and fairly priced. Looking forward to the Valentine's Day dinner!

What a treat this spot is- Jaime is such a joy to chat with as she informs on the features. She is one of the reasons I return- she will not steer you wrong. Their sourdough breads, cookies and gluten free baked goods are delish. Burger kits for Wednesday and the crab cakes did not disappoint. Tried the tomato feta focaccia today and I will add that to the rotation!

It was a pleasure to meet Trinity today and she’s very sweet and helpful. Don’t miss out. Come on in. Get some great food.
