Truck Parking Area (Eastbound), Fort Davis, TX

2 Stars ⭐️⭐️ The only two things Worthy of stopping here - decent amount of parking and some pretty views of some mountains. Other than that someone from the state needs to get here and clean up. Garbage everywhere I really wish humanity could just clean up after themselves instead of making a filth of everywhere. They do have some picnic areas to sit and even bbq stands. I would just consider this place a quick break. Like 👍🏻 my review plus it lets me know it helps somebody else out.

Trash cans were overflowing, and the wild hogs were scavenging, so I couldn't take my dogs out for a short walk.

A place for trucks to park and rest, there are a couple of covered picnic tables but no restrooms.

It's a paved lot in the middle of a dump. Over following trash cans resulting in a dump like appearance. Covered ramada with grill. No restroom facilities, barren outside of the paved lot and over flowing trash cans. Kinda shocking that it's in such bad shape. Good spot to catnap before making the I-20/ I-10 merge just up the road to the East.
