Tropical Sno Sioux City

I love Tropical Sno! The ice is a different consistency than local competitors...it is "softer", if that makes sense. They have so many flavor varieties, it's almost overwhelming. Variety is a good thing though, so I can't complain there. The staff are very friendly, and sweet. There are just a few very, very minor recommendations, which is the reason for 4/5 stars: 1.The wait time and line. This is basically a good problem for a business to have, but the line gets backed up quick and then you have to wait a while to even order, and then wait again for your Tropical Sno. Often times, it looks like there is only one person working, so it makes sense. Another set of hands at busy times would be nice for your customers (if you're able, of course). 2.
