Ate here a week ago and the staff was amazing!!! Food was also delicious!! Highly recommend and will be back the next time I'm visiting Sioux City. I had the pulled pork sandwich and smoked mac and cheese and we started off with fried pickles. Looking forward to going back!
Don't like the door fool you this place is a BBQ hidden gem. Maybe the best beans I've never had, I would come back just for them. I got the wing special on Wednesday and them so tasty wings. The waiter was the nicest guy in the world and the service was top notch. Only knock on the whole experience was bottled sweet tea. Highly recommend!!!!
Ordered the sampler to try the meats and sides you can judge a BBQ establishment by. Beans, Mac n cheese, and slaw. Didn't try potatoes salad, should have. Mac n cheese, flavor not bad mainly tastes like smoked velveta, but a big blob of gelatinous and over cooked pasta 4/10. Slaw, wasn't horrible. Wife liked it, but a little to sweet for me. Nice and crispy still. 6/10. Beans, I dont even know what you call that flavor. I would say add som BBQ sauce to improve, but the sauces are just not good. Beans 3/10. Sauces. Spicy, has nice heat, but tastes like pepper oil 2/10. Chipotle, not sure how to describe the flavor, just really bad chemically flavored 1/10. Original, I would believe what they start all their sauces from and would explain the problem 3/10. Honey, their best,
Needed a quick lunch and I wasn't expecting this. Food was hot and out quickly and the staff was very friendly. Ribs had an excellent smoke ring and were very tender. I try to stay way from smoked chicken wings after bad experiences but gave this one a go. They were very good. The 4 sauces are distinct and flavorful. Please support local, these guys were great!
