Tropical Smoothie Cafe

From my initial experience, I tried the açaí berry boost. Very consistent and nicely blended. The price is a tad bit up but I won’t complain. This smoothie was worth it. I recommend! (I haven’t tried their food, so I will not rate that yet.

We Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. We payed and the lady at the window clicked $19 tip and they wouldn’t give me a full refund for the $19 tip that I didn’t hit. The people there are absolutely disrespectful and don’t care about their costumers. After we got our smoothies we still sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for our food.

I will never return to this location again. The service today was absolutely horrible. My children and I sat for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to take our order. When I politely asked for the appropriate contact number, I was flat-out denied. To make matters worse, the manager, Amber, was completely unprofessional and even yelled across the counter that she would “come across the counter or whatever” — extremely threatening and unacceptable behavior for someone in a leadership role. The girl at the counter, Nisha, was also very unprofessional. She came up saying she was “off the clock” even though she was clearly on the clock when we walked in. She then asked Amber (her sister, as we later found out) to clock her out in front of customers instead of serving us. This is by far the

I’ve been to tropical smoothies from here to virginia where they are more common. I was excited to try this location as it is closer than going to the one in bossier. The service is good, but i’ve been twice now and had order mistakes. My first visit at this location I wanted to sub blueberries on my greek yogurt bowl for extra strawberries to which i did not receive neither blueberries or extra strawberries. The second visit same thing except, I also ordered a Blimey Limey smoothie and got a Bahama mama instead. I understand this location is newly opened. First two pics are bowls i got from this location, last one bossier location.

Really cute cafe . Good food . Friendly staff . The app is cool too with discounts and freebies . With app. I got a free smoothie with my veg wrap and a side apple kale salad .
