Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I LOVE Tropical Smoothie (LA012-New Iberia)! Adria was very polite, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I recently became a customer of Tropical Smoothie and have no regrets. The entire staff is AWESOME and always go above and beyond to provide quality service and great tasting smoothies and food!

As soon as you Walk in the door of this nice new clean feeling establishment you instantly get greeted by the energetic staff, someone quickly is ready to take your order. The order doesn’t take long to come out. I’ve had a few different wraps here they are all good. The sides are creative, healthy and delicious. Had one of the smoothies that was really good, looking forward to trying more. I actually feel healthy after eating at this place 🤪

I came last friday and I’m honestly disappointed with how much Tropical Smoothie Café has gone downhill. The last few times I visited, the workers looked extremely stressed and overwhelmed, like they were barely keeping up. The energy in the store just isn’t the same anymore. Service felt rushed, the atmosphere was off, and it didn’t have the exciting and organized vibe it used to. I used to enjoy coming here, but something has definitely changed — and not in a good way. I really hope management steps up and supports their team, because it’s clear the customer experience is suffering because of it.

Love this tropical smoothie! Food always comes out fast and fresh. Loved seeing Kristal back at this location! She is always so happy and welcoming!

The buffalo chicken wrap was delicious. The buffalo/ranch ratio was perfect, not overpowering. The toasted tortilla added that “extra” crunch and was way better than a regular floppy tortilla. May get a little messy but I managed to eat it on the go with no mess. Roasted jalapeño corn was delicious as well.
