Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I think the photo speaks for itself.. and this isn’t even what I ordered. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and received a tortilla with basically nothing in it. The receipt says cheese quesadilla, so they had my order wrong, but even so, this is the worst food I’ve ever paid for in my entire life. There’s literally nothing inside of it. The only cheese that came in it was spilling out the side and stuck to the paper. The entire quesadilla was stuck to the paper and had paper chunks all over it. Completely inedible. Not to mention every experience I’ve had here, the workers are not friendly. I have never even wrote a review before for any restaurant, because I’m not ever one to complain. Everyone has bad days or makes mistakes sometimes. I just can’t believe someone would make a quesadilla

Had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café! My order was correct, and my sandwich was hot and fresh. I especially love the Super Green Caesar Wrap and the Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie—both were delicious! The dining area and bathroom were clean, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid spot for a tasty and refreshing meal!

Went sept 18 at 7:30 pm and the lady who took my order was extremely kind and patient, our smoothies were made perfect blended well just 10/10 haven’t even opened my food yet but I have high hopes so thanks to whoever was working!

We ordered a smoothie bowl and the smoothie part was completely frozen it took thirty minutes to thaw so it could be mixed and then eaten then after all that hard work it wasn’t even that good.

There was a small mistake with my order, they corrected it graciously and so nicely. Awesome and quick customer service.
