The great service sets this place apart! Both of the ladies were so friendly - the one taking our order was great, knowledgeable and patient. And another one came over to let us know that there were free books to be had (see picture). Coffee and atmosphere was good but not outstanding.

Stopped in with my friends after a morning hike. Owl Eye makes delicious coffee, with an extensive selection of flavored syrups that included some I have yet to see at any other cafe. Two of our group ordered the Cascara Honey Yuza Tea, which was a subtly-sweet, refreshing tea that they both enjoyed. The employees were friendly and helpful, enthusiastic about their work, and really made the cafe feel cozy. I would recommend stopping by to others traveling through Cadillac!

My husband and I wanted a quality coffee shop while driving through Cadillac and Owl Eye was such a great find! The barista was so nice and gave us numerous recommendations from their menu to try, and gave us free samples of the two brewed coffees she made that day. She also offered us a free mini bag of coffee beans to take home since we were first time customers! The dirty chai and the rose latte were both delicious, and the service was spectacular!

We stopped in while passing through Cadillac and were so glad we did! We love supporting local coffee shops, and this one truly cares about its customers. Patsy was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain their roasting process and different beans to us. As first-time customers, she even gave us a complimentary packet of beans to try at home—which was such a thoughtful touch. If we enjoy them (and I’m sure we will!), we’ll definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great coffee and genuine hospitality!

Literally just left and had to leave a review! What an amazing find! The space is stunning, the staff were beyond incredible, and the coffee is SOOOO good! We stopped in on our way home from Torch Lake and I can’t recommend enough! Definitely check it out if you enjoy great coffee ☺️ I got an iced latte with maple syrup and honey (both local) and my partner got an iced latte with pumpkin spice. YUM!
