My family LOVES this place! The smoothies are out of this world! So glad we got something like it in Granbury!!! I can’t wait to try their menu items! Always looking for a fresh and healthy lunch/ dinner option.

I love coming to see, “My Shake Lady”. Christina is the most knowledgeable, caring, and fun Health Coach ever!! Her nutritional meal replacement shakes are a great and tasty alternative to eating fast food. I’ve lost 5 pounds in just a couple of weeks! It has became a favorite part of my daily routine.

I have been coming to this place for two years now and I have been enjoying Christina’s healthy shakes and teas that are also quite the treat for me during my pregnancies and she has always enriched me with the knowledge of herbal life!
