Tropical Bakery & Restaurant

I recently visited Tropical Bakery, and I was blown away by the experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. Their pastries were simply divine—each bite of the guava and cheese pastelito was a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, wrapped in a flaky, buttery crust. The croquetas were crispy on the outside and wonderfully creamy on the inside, an absolute must-try! The coffee was another highlight. Rich, strong, and full of flavor, it paired perfectly with the pastries. It's clear they take pride in brewing each cup to perfection. The service was also exceptional. Spent $60 on food in total with 18 of it being a flan got home and realized there was mold on it. They are currently closed so nobody is available to answer my call but hopefully a manager will see this before I arrive to exchange it tomorrow, or give me something else also due to the fact that I have to drive back again, which is very inconvenient and understand my frustration as this is literally one of the first pitstops I’ve made moving back after 10 years because of how much I love the flan. Very disappointed, i’ve literally told hundreds of people in Vegas about this flan…

Me recuerda los platos de mi madre, todo tan rico y saludable de mi tierra….. this reminds me of the food my mother used to make for me so delicious just like from her home in Cuba…bacalao today…..chicharrones….Cuban bacon!!!….the best pastelitos… with lots of coconut and guava!!! Coffee coming too… and don’t forget the churros!!!……. And another day….and a few minutes later.. take home to friends!!! El mejor Chicharrón del exilio!!!

We had a great breakfast here! Great selection of pastries and savory goodies. The cafe con leche was perfect as well. Service was quick and all staff are friendly.

We catered food for 60 people. Everything was delicious! The staff was super friendly and organized. The entire party loved the ropa vieja, beans, rice, and plantains. 5 stars!
