Trophy Room

After working an event at UCONN my friends and I decided to stop here the food was good. I enjoyed my quesadilla and my friends enjoyed their burger. I had a peach margarita it was a little too sweet and my friend wasn’t the biggest fan of hers. The service was good I believe our waitress’s name was Stacy she was great and accommodating!

The Trophy Room is such a hidden gem on the campus of the University of Connecticut. This lobby-based bar and bistro offers up a casual, cozy, well-appointed hotel ambiance and a creative, new-American menu with plenty of options for any diet or discerning foodie. Sandwiches, salads, locally-sourced entrees and inventive apps make up their selection, without overbearing choice or too much fuss. The mixed drink menu pays homage to the nutmeg state in a fun and fresh way, mixing classic libations with a twist of local. I’d be remiss not to call out the service! The host staff, servers, bartenders and management were all so friendly and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again and bringing along some first-time friends! Thanks!

Great shot when you’re staying at the Graduate hotel. Good draft beer selection and solid food. Has some tvs at the bar and a few different types of tables or nights you can sit at. Worth a visit if you’re starting in town or need a bite to eat.

Very limited vegetarian options, none of which are substantial. Overpriced for what is offered. Impressively and surprisingly do have NA beer options. Always hard to get enough water alongside the meal.
