Zero service after the sale! First, my order was delayed because my years of purchasing/payment history/credit terms weren’t good enough for them to place an order before a downpayment was sent. Second, the equipment I ordered arrived and was immediately non-functional. Third, no replacement was offered, just provided me with the phone number for support. Fourth, the delayed equipment remains non-functional for weeks because support can’t get parts. And finally, my sales person won’t even return my calls or emails. Terrible experience.
