I love this place. Been going to this place for 47 plus years. Back in the 70's I hauled airfreight and would eat every time I had a delivery, or when I was traveling to Wichita. Anytime I go thru Fredonia I stop to get a burger. Can not remember a better place to eat a burger.
Great place!! Love the food and the ice cream - normally I get great customer service but the last two times I’ve gotten horrible service. I asked for a cone of ice cream and I went to pull my wallet out to pay and the girl was trying to give me the ice cream when clearly my hands were full trying to pay. When I said give me one moment she sighed and gave me a nasty look lol.
I really like Tri-Mee and eat here pretty regularly. they’re open for both lunch and dinner, and I usually grab it for dinner. I almost always order the Old Fashioned (cheeseburger, side, and drink) with curly fries or onion rings and ranch, plus a strawberry lemonade. the lemonade is huge—big enough that I usually save some in the fridge for the next day. prices are very reasonable, the service is great, and it’s a solid local spot in Fredonia. I’ll be honest though: when it comes to burgers alone, I’d still choose a Sonic smashburger. that said, Tri-Mee wins on value, sides, drinks, and consistency, and it’s still a place I enjoy going back to.
Tri-Mee is a small, walk up style restaurant, that has been serving burgers and fries to the locals for many years. I had the Wednesday special burger and curly fries. The burger was good, basic yet filling not bad for only setting you back two dollars. The curly fries were fairly plain, there was a pinch of salt yet not my favorite. Next time I will try the spicy curly fries. The drinks are reasonable however to me they tasted like the food the restaurant was cooking. Service was prompt and there were a bunch of people that ordered while I was there. Friendly employees made it worth the stop.
Ate here for lunch the burger was DELICIOUS 😋, Decided to go back for supper and the CB was slathered in so much mayo and pickle juice it was not eatible, opened it up and it had 7 pickles on this little burger. If I wasn't on the road I'd went back and showed you. Wow!! It was like night n day. But I will return again and see if it's as good as it was on my lunchtime visit! Ty
