Tres Tacos & More

Drove by the food truck plenty of times and never stopped but one day I decided too. I am happy I did. The Alambre Tacos were juicy and plenty of flavor 10/10. The Chicken Taco was about a 6/10. After eating one of the Alambre then trying the chicken it was a little disappointing because you go from explosion of flavor to a little dull. I think if they marinated it more or just added more seasoning to it, it would have been more tasteful. With that being said I would defintely eat there again. The portions were nice. They do not skimp.

First time trying this food truck. I have been wanting to stop and finally did. The food was tasty! Loved the salsa verde. However, there was some confusion on how we wanted our food. My daughter’s tacos (order 2) we requested no onion, no cilantro. When we got the food the tacos were not boxed according to who ordered what. They were mixed up completely. Her tacos had everything on them and my order (order 1) had no toppings, no cucumber, no limes, no radishes. I somehow ended up with two chicken even though I only ordered one. Her side of rice was cold. My avocado slices were so cold it almost felt slightly frozen? Im not sure if they pre-sliced and froze or what but couldn’t add them to my tacos. Will try again but maybe I’ll just order each persons food on completely separate transa

Absolutely loved this local taco spot! The tacos are truly authentic and full of flavor. I ordered 3 tacos al pastor — they were so juicy, perfectly seasoned, and fresh. 🌮🔥 My colleague got the fajita quesadilla and he loved it — great portion size and packed with flavor. Fast service, delicious food, and a great local vibe. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving real Mexican tacos! 🇲🇽✨

The food was SO GOOD! The chef was really helpful with my selection- I ended up trying the pollo taco, the Alamaro taco, and got a side of guac. I’m glad I stopped by! 🌮

My coworker and I stopped for lunch yesterday. She got a quesadilla, I had birria tacos. Let me tell you, it was so frickin good. We are definitely adding this truck to our lunch rotation because we cannot wait to go back. It has a really decent sized menu so there’s something for everybody.
