Trejos Carnitas

I was a bit confused by the experience at Trejo's. I had heard nothing but amazing things, so I was a bit disappointed with my carnitas super burrito, which was unfortunately quite lacking in flavor, with carnitas that tasted dry and underseasoned. I'm hoping I just came at an off day, but based on my one experience here I would not return.

I still couldn’t figure out why the lady charged me 59$ for six tacos plus two lunch boxes and some avocados. No receipt and no items, I wished I understood Spanish and asked them in detail. The food is enough.

Carnitas are very tasty, salsa was nice. Every time I go to Watsonville it's one of the must have stops.

Pros: The carnitas were tasty and tender. One dozen tortillas were served hot. Salsa is spicy. Cons: no place for sit down dining. It's all take away. The interior is drab and desolate looking but the food is very good.

CASH ONLY!!! $8.75 super burrito. They have good carnitas: juicy and the burrito itself is very flavorful. Salsa is not too spicy but has good flavor also. Recommended.
