The staff was very friendly. The whole process went pretty smooth. I had my fish shipped to my CO home, and it arrived in about 16 hours. Still frozen rock solid. Great prices and outstanding packaging. I filleted all my own fish so in that aspect I have no comment. Will use them from here on out when sending fish. Thank you for the great service

I contacted Trapper Creek about some salmon I had bought at a local grocery store that I was unhappy about. They went above and beyond to keep me as a customer and ensured that I was given a response the very next day. As a matter of fact, I received replacement salmon that was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious and I will never buy smoked salmon from any other company. Their customer service and products have made me a lifelong customer! I am so impressed with them I have told my friends and family the story of my contact with them and I wanted to share with everyone out in internet land. This is the company to buy smoked salmon from and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Good prices, and friendly staff... however, several of the salmon that we had vacuum sealed were not sealed very well. And four of the packages were open on the sides.

Looking forward to be there again. Love the salmon jerky 💯
