Trailblazer Craft Pizza & Brews

*GMaps restaurant reviewer ~ First Bite* I'm trying a new place every time I hit Auburn & today's review is Trailblazer Craft Pizza & Brews 🍕 I ordered online, simple straightforward & used Gpay. I drove up, parked and had my pizza in hand in 15 minutes from the time I ordered. (mid day) The pizza looked and smelled so good I didn't notice a minor topping error from my order at first. I knew I was probably gonna get a molten cheese bite 🔥 but i didn't care, worth it! Great appearance with perfectly caramelized crust from sauce & cheese to the edges. I ordered The Haleakalā Traditional Red Sauce, Canadian Bacon, Crispy Bacon, Green Onion, Pineapple, Sweet Thai drizzle 😙😍😋 I added black olives (Sweet n Salty) When I walked back in to use the restroom I mentioned the order mistake and

Came in and paid cash for my order and asked for a later pick up at 5pm. This was early afternoon. The lady agreed but was perpetually confused as she kept telling me that it would take about 20 minutes for pick up. Once we cleared that all up, I was late for work. I called prior to 5pm and the person who answered the phone found my order, confirmed it, and told me everything was good to go and they’ll see me at 5pm. I arrived and it was slammed. I watched everyone else come in and pick up their food and leave. I was there for about 30 mins and I just wanted my money back. The lady tried to give me half of what I paid. I was furious. She eventually refunded all of my money. Hungry, tired, and just wanting pizza, I ended up just stopping at Papa Murphy’s. Less than half th

My friend took me here today. We had the pioneer. Really good pizza! The bottom crust was perfect. Wasn't saggy at all. Really good flavor. They had a nice craft beer selection with local area breweries.

Our pizza, called "The Cascade" is supposed to have artichoke hearts on it. It only has artichoke leaves. This has been the case the last 3 times we have eaten here. In the past the pizza had quartered artichoke hearts on it and it was delicious. At $26 for a medium pizza I want hearts, not leaves! Cheaping out on the ingredients is what tanks pizza places and makes patrons go elsewhere.

Trailblazers is incredible! I've never had a bad meal there but my favorite pizza is The Backpacker and my favorite non-pizza item is the Buffalo Wings. I haven't been to the Auburn location yet, but I'm prone to assume it's just as good
