Trade House

Came by on a Saturday night around 7:30 after seeing some great-looking specials online. We’re local, so figured we’d give it a shot. The entrance was a little confusing—walked in on the bar side and were ignored, then found a sign telling us to use the other door… only to be back where we started. Once seated, we found out they were out of 3 of the 4 specials, which was a letdown. The remaining option was pasta, but we weren’t in the mood for Italian. Tried the calamari—underwhelming and undercooked. Empanadas were surprisingly good, though not traditional. My husband had the haddock, which tasted good but was a small portion. Great little restaurant on upper derby street with in and outdoor seating. Directly across from Mercy Tavern. Another great restaurant. We enjoyed sitting outside on a beautiful day. Food was very good. Service was great, fast and friendly.

WE LOVE TRADE HOUSE!! We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding cocktail hour and dinner at trade house. The food is delicious and the staff are phenomenal. The whole team was professional and patient while working with us during our planning process. They executed our vision perfectly. The service was impeccable- they were on top of every detail! We stopped in to dine as a family of 4, two adults and two kids. Drinks were delicious, food was on point, and our service was phenomenal. The restaurant itself is a pretty building with great features, and the patio has a lovely view of Derby St.

Came here on Friday just as they were opening. Sat at the bar, as we like to do. Kat, our bartender, was attentive and welcoming to these first-timers!
