Total Restaurant Supply

I looked up the various restaurant supply stores in Rochester looking for very specific bulk food storage, and Total Restaurant Supply was the only shop that showed their entire inventory online. I really appreciate that I knew ahead of time that they had what I wanted because I'm doing all of my shopping with a wild toddler in tow. When we went, everything was easy to find, well organized, and the items were of very high quality. The people working there were friendly, too. We'll definitely visit again in the future.

It was my first time here. I wasn't in the building for more than 45 seconds and was kindly greeted. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly and just seemed like a cool guy. I only stopped in for some to go containers. I got what I needed, quickly. He brought it out to my van and helped me load it up. All around great experience. If I didn't live an hour and a half away, I would surely be a regular customer. Check these guys out for great customer service, a huge product line and just an all around great experience!! Keep up the great work.

Great variety, and even if you just need things for your home, much cheaper than buying typical retail. And you usually get a higher quality product. The staff was friendly and did not look down on you if you're just shopping for your home.

DO NOT go to total restaurant supply in Rochester, go to Rochester restaurant supply instead. A few weeks ago my girlfriend and I went to both stores to check prices on pots and pans. Today we went back to total restaurant and all of the prices are significantly higher for the same exact item. I understand that prices change, but if that was the case then both stores would have gone up

A perfect place to get your kitchen or party supplies for packaging food and cooking them at home. It has so many disposable or reusable- storage container options .. best prices on most stuff than Amazon or walmart. Best quality. Staff is so enthusiastic , cooperative and suggestive.
