I contacted this business to ask a simple question if they carried a nutritional supplement brand and was told that she didn’t understand me, then hung up. I speak English and pronounce with intelligible and comprehension. I then called back to see if perhaps I had bad connection but was made to leave a message on the voicemail. If the female that answered the phone was unable to understand what the question was, if there was a bad connection or she was extremely busy, then she didn’t relay that clearly to me. Bad customer service does not help your business.
